Learn about the history and craft of cocktail making in a class with our expert staff! Our in-person private cocktail classes get you and your guests behind the bar to experience making drinks like a pro, while having a lot of fun. You’ll learn how to make classic cocktails of your choosing with hands-on care from one of The Crow & Quill’s skilled bartenders.

Intro to Cocktails
Our 1-hour introductory class includes fun cocktail history of, some basic tools and techniques, and a hands on course for making 2 classic cocktails of your choice. ​
$65 per student and includes 2 complimentary cocktails per person.

The Luminary
This 1-1/2 hour cocktail class includes fun cocktailing history, some basic and intermediate tools and techniques, and a hands on course for making 3 classic cocktails.
$85 per student and includes 3 complimentary cocktails per person.
The Pro
Our 2 hour cocktail class includes everything mentioned above, plus a lesson on more contemporary tools and techniques. This is where we break out the culinary smoker and brulee torch for some fiery fun! This class includes a hands-on course for making 4 cocktails, two classics and two contemporary drinks.
$125 per student and includes 4 complimentary cocktails per person plus snacks. ​

Tiki Madness!
Learn about the history of rum production and the tiki movement, along with tools and tips for making spectacular tiki cocktails. In this 1-1/2 hour class, you'll be making (and enjoying!) 3 cocktails per student. Free snacks provided.
$100 per student and includes 3 complimentary cocktails per person and snacks.​
